Her reliability and expertise provided a smooth home-selling process, and we’re beyond grateful for her help.
Deborah was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her expertise in the Yorktown market was evident from our first meeting. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and detailed the entire process, including market trends, staging, and helping us understand the best time to sell our home.
She provided excellent advice and helped us price our house just right and we got our price! Her marketing plan was comprehensive and included photos and description, advertising. All which delivered many appointments, and great foot traffic at the open house that ultimately delivered multiple offers. Throughout our selling process, Deborah was incredibly communicative. We found Deborah when making an interstate move - after interviewing a couple of local realtors I picked her. She knows something, and has some connection, to every town in the Hudson Valley it seems! She understands the market, the buyers and sellers, follows the trends, and listens. I never felt she was trying to get me to buy, but just to find the right home. She steered us away from one after we authorized an offer, when she found out about some permit issues.

Responsive, Reliable, and Attentive. I was selling a home from 500 miles away. We did many things through cell phone and e-mail. Deb was always responsive and prompt regardless of the medium I was using. I could always count on her to guide me through each step of the home selling process.

There were several complications including dealing with a variance and multiple inspections. Again Deb helped with every aspect of the process. She managed to keep me at ease through the whole process, while I worked this remotely.

There are many realty professionals to choose from, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find one as responsive and attentive as Deb. She is a true trusted professional. Highly recommended.

i rarely review things- when i do write a review it is simply because it has been earned. Deborah deserves your business. i was immediately struck by her energy- kind, and VERY patient with my family who are.... i must admit... a bit indecisive at times. We were looking at a wide range of properties from land to build on to heavenly sent condos- in the end we chose the latter and i am as happy as i could possibly be- all the details were taken care of for me, making my part to play as easy as i could imagine. i've met lots of agents- none compared to her professionalism and yet somehow she kind of felt like a longtime friend of the family
