I was lucky work with Deborah Harris. Deborah had the expertise and patience to guide me thru the process, and got to understand what we were looking for. The Covid Real Estate market is 'VERY DIFFICULT', but with Deborah as my right hand, I was finally able to find my new home. If you look for someone that is willing to go the extra mile, and is knowledgeable, and will be 'on your side', Deborah Harris is your realtor.

Deborah began to work with me a year before i actually readied my home to be listed. She was exceptionally patient during that time and when I was finally ready to proceed so was she. I was kept abreast every step of the way on showing activity. In no time there was an offer on the house and even though it was eventually withdrawn another one quickly followed. She and her assistant Cindy helped with electronic contract signing that made the whole process streamlined and efficient! I will definitely recommend her expertise to anyone I hear of who wants to buy or sell a home! Thanks again Deborah!!!

Debra Harris of Remax Realty has gone above and beyond her job discription in order to make my dreams of becoming a home owner come true! I am a first time home owner. I new nothing about building a home. There were many delays and situations with my builder. Delayed permits, a lack of communication in the beginning between the builder and myself. This was of great concern for me. Ms.Harris went to great lengths to put my concerns to rest . I am currently in my new home now and I’m quite happy. She made the building process and closing less stressful for me. If you’re looking to buy, rent,find the house of your dreams and or build, she is the one for you. Deborah Harris is a highly organized and efficient person. Because of those qualities we were able to narrow the field of selections. Her knowledge of real estate law and procedure helped me avoid some of the pitfalls involved in this transaction. She recommended a management company and a closing attorney. Both of whom I found to be easy to work with and competent. I am a native New Yorker but for several reasons I choose Delaware to retire to. I was therefore looking for investment property and in the near future I will be looking for a personal home. Because of her professionalism and empathy, Deborah turned what could have been a disastrous and stressful project into a success. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family and I will be working with her to locate my personal residence in Delaware.

I chose Deborah from a list of realtors referred to me by a law firm familiar with realtors that work in this area. The fact that she was on that list made me comfortable with her selection. My expectations of Deborah were to represent me in all aspects concerning the estate sale of the home. She took the time to explain the special nuances of an estate sale, the process we should follow to get the best valuation of the property to use in establishing the initial selling price, how the property was going to be marketed by her firm, how we should stage the property for public viewing, key items we should convey in the sale of the house, and the feedback we would receive each week from the public viewing by prospective buyers. Deborah came across as very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate transactions and totally committed to represent us as sellers. Deborah did a great job of making some recommendations concerning upgrades that could be made to the house that would help facilitate the sale of the home and were based on viewer feedback reports. The upgrades were reasonable to make and did help facilitate the eventual sale of the house. Since we were out of town sellers, we were able to rely on Deborah to procure contractors to make some of those upgrades. Deborah also did a good job of communicating the status of prospective buyers throughout their contract period. The bottom line is the house was listed in March and sold in October at a price that was in the range of our expectations. I would highly recommend Deborah to any perspective seller.
