Deborah Huffman

She moved to Sarasota 7 years ago from her life long home in Williamsport, PA after one too many cold winters. She has spent her time here in paradise discovering new neighborhoods and new friends, of which there is many of both. She has 35+ years experience in the field of real estate investment, management, house flipping and renovation. She established and managed a successful Penn State college housing business for 24 years until she sold it in 2014. She still owns and manages several rental properties in Sarasota, Hamden, CT and Williamsport, PA. She attempted to retire but found she missed being actively involved in the real estate industry and decided it was time to put her experience to work as a Realtor.

Having bought and sold 35+ properties herself, she has hands on experience from both sides of the table. She understands the psyche of both buyers and sellers and is able to put that knowledge to work to bring a deal together.

She likes a good challenge and the opportunity to help others. Honesty, integrity and a sense of humor are qualities she believes are the most important in life and working relationships.

In her leisure time she enjoys the beach, Sarasota's many music venues and trying new wines. She volunteers with children's charities and has a love/hate relationship with golf. Her 3 children are spread out across the country in Denver, Williamsport, PA and Hamden, CT.
