Deborah Ladd

Debby’s real estate career has spanned more than 40 years, during which time she worked as a broker for M. Scott Limited, which became Country and Coastal Properties in 1987. Her focus has always been on providing unparalleled knowledge of local neighborhoods and values as well as personal attention to all her clients.

Born and raised in Westport, Debby is active in both Westport and Little Compton and is a member of Acoaxet Club, Spindle Rock Club, Sakonnet Golf Club and Sakonnet Point Club. She has served on numerous boards, including as a former member of the Westport School Committee, Chairman of the Finance Committee of the United Congregational Church, and various other local boards. Prior to becoming a broker, Debby was in the field of education, where she founded Codimonk Nursery School in Westport, MA. In addition to being a broker, she was a licensed real estate appraiser in the state of Rhode Island until recently.
