Working with Debbie to find a home was such a smooth and painless experience! She is a true advocate for the buyer and educated me about things to look for that I would have never thought of--things like telltale signs to look for in windows, electrical panels, plumbing systems, etc, everything that is brand-new as a first time homebuyer, which made me feel so confident in getting an honest look at every property. Debbie was highly recommended to me by a friend when my mother was in need a new house. I had been so worried with the housing market as competitive as it is, but with Debbie's guidance we were able to navigate it without the drama I've heard about. Our wishlist was essentially a unicorn, one floor but has a garage, landscaping and snow removal provided, outdoor space for grilling, and in a moderate price range. She was patient with our worries, walked us through everything we needed, and went above and beyond when we found the perfect house. Would recommend her to anyone in the area!

We had a great experience selling our townhouse through Debbie Landregan as our real estate agent.

The sale happened very quickly and the buyer was long-distance! Very hectic during the height of winter. Communication was paramount and Debbie kept all involved sellers and buyers in the loop the whole time.
There were many twists and turns because we had to terminate leases, get the renters out, empty & clean in short order. Yet it still all got done in record time.

We highly recommend Debbie as a real estate agent.

To us, the priorities are…
#1: The ability to communicate clearly effectively with your agent.
#2: Timely, complete, and thorough service. Anticipating clients’ needs before any missteps , and no wasted time.

I honestly do not know where to begin.... Debbie is the most delightful, professional, knowledgeable person I have ever had the honor to meet, let alone work with. My wife and I began house hunting in the beginning of September and went under contract in in early November. In that short 2 month window, Debbie personally showed us over 45 houses, and represented us with a fierce passion when putting offers in.

Debbie was as determined as we were to find the right place, CONSTANTLY met us with a big smile, and was always eager to answer my questions (even the 1 millionth one). Without Debbie's knowledge of the market and insight into how to best position ourself to prospective sellers, there is a good chance we would still be looking.

I may have found a realtor who totally embodies what customer service should look like and she may have found a very particular and over at times over-bearing client, but in the end all three of us molded friendships. My wife and I have truly been missed seeing Debbie all the time since we closed on our house the week before Christmas.

11/10 would recommend this person to my friends, family, total strangers, the Pope, and so on.

She is absolutely AMAZING! We had the pleasure to sell our beloved house through Debbie. She was a new face to us, but right from the beginning, she treated us like a close family friend. This was our first sale of a house, we were completely unsure of what to do or what to expect. Debbie being the pro that she was, took our house and transformed it into something out of a magazine!
