Deborah is very detailed. Very knowledgeable and very honest and straightforward which I like. If she doesn't feel something is the best fit for you or she's concerned about an issue with a house, she will tell you. She will also go out of her way to find out issues that concern her on a house and if they are going to be fixed. She also customizes your house hunting based on what she notices you like and don't like in a house. I would definitely recommend having Deborah find your next house for you.

We used Deb Little to buy our home in 2019 and this summer sell AND buy our new home and the process couldn’t have gone smoother and she was outstanding. You can tell Deb really puts a lot of time into her listings.

We spoke with Deb and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like give us staging tips, what would be concerning to buyer in our area, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition and received 6 offers in 1 week!

Our house went under contract 8 days after we put it on the market. We accepted and Deb and Brandon and their team at Howard Hanna walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I've recommended the Howard Hanna Real Estate Team to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtors.

Deborah is meticulous with details and taking care of her clients. She even went beyond reasonable care when we ran into a snag wirh liens on the house my father in law had bought for sale by owner and a hand shake. He never did a title search which is a no no. Deborah went to the lien holders and got forgiveness on the liens. We were also able to move our elderly pareout of state and had no worries with the property because she took care of everything. She also sold the house within one week of it hitting the market! I highly recommend Deborah Little to handle all of your real estate needs.
