My husband and I recently closed on a short-sale for a rental property we owned for 10 years. We could have NEVER accomplished this without Debbie's expertise. This was a very complicated short sale was we had 2 loans on the home. Additionally, as we were about to close with our buyer, the government sold our loan to another lender and we had to start the process all over again. Debbie had us work with a short sale attorney who also was outstanding. Debbie kept in close contact with the attorney's office and us at all times. There were so many loose ends that she always kept up with, seamlessly. She never dropped the ball, not even once. I am so happy that we used Debbie and her team. She was amazing!! Debbie has the patience of a saint! I was looking for a very specific type of house (ranch in excellent condition) on an older block, with lots of trees and privacy - in the Dartmouth/New Bedford area. We looked, and looked - not just 2011, but well over a year before that. I lost hope, but Debbie never did. I didn't even want to go to look at the house I'm living in now - but Debbie felt it was the one and she was right. I knew it was too, the moment we walked in the front door. She is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of contracts, legal issues and negotiation. Besides that, she is kind and very ethical. During the 2 years we searched, she never pressured me to buy a home. Her thought was, you have to really be happy with it, and not have reservations. I put money down on a few, but BACKED OUT because they just weren't right for me. Debbie was perfectly OK with that - she wanted me to love my house. I'm so glad I listened to her and waited. This house was worth waiting for!

Just finished completing a 3.5 year divorce and still had possession of the marital property (4 family, owner occupied). The house was upside down on its mortgage, and was destined for a short sale and inevitably foreclosure. Was referred to Deb by a friend who told me she was knowledgeable with short sales. She took the property did the fair market value, and took my direction on possible buyers. To make a long story short within a month the house sold, and sold for a profit.
