Originally from the Fredericksburg, Virginia area, Debbie grew up in the military and lived in many places. She studied Business Management at Park University and completed Army Acquisition School. Prior to entering real estate, Debbie worked on military programs acquisition for over 18 years. This experience, coupled with her own (having moved 19 times!), helped her understand the big undertaking of relocating, and buying/selling homes.

Licensed in Virginia, Debbie sells in numerous areas including Caroline, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Culpeper, Orange, Stafford, Price William, King George, and Louisa. Her passion for real estate blossomed thanks to her mother, in residential sales locally for many years.
Married for three decades, Debbie and her retired Marine husband have resided in Spotsylvania County since 2002. She has served on numerous boards, likes to volunteer in the community, and is President of a nonprofit she helped start in 2011, Historic Smithfield Brooke Foundation in Fredericksburg.
