I used Deb when I purchased by home in Pittsburgh 5 years ago, and had such a great experience that I hired her again to help me sell the home! I can confirm that whether you are a buyer or a seller, Deb will make you feel like you are her only client.

Selling a home is never an easy process, and ours was fraught with unexpected repairs and obstacles. However, Deb was there every step of the way, providing encouragement and cheering me on. She helped to keep me grounded through the process and was a tremendous personal support.

I don't know how she finds the time to provide such a personal touch. She truly makes her clients feel like they have all her attention, even though she is a very popular realtor with a large client base. Anytime I had a question or request, whether it was when I was purchasing a home, or when I was selling, Deb was right there, responsive and attentive.

She never backed down from answering my questions, and was always up front with us when a house we wanted to look at was, to put it bluntly, a terrible option. We decided we wanted to be in Cranberry Twp and she didn’t rest until she found a viable option— which ended up being the one we decided to buy! The internet got this one right when I searched "Best Realtors in Pittsburgh" and Deb Reddick's name came up.

My wife and I were searching to buy a home in Pittsburgh from out of town, and we were worried over the fact that we had no contacts and would need to find a realtor without recommendations from friends or family.

But when Deb returned our call we knew immediately that things were going to be fine. She was so compassionate and supportive, it never felt once like she was trying to push anything on us and guided us to find a home that fit what we were looking for, which was especially difficult considering we only came to visit Pittsburgh for a week to do house hunting as part of our home finding process.

Deb is a force of nature. I hired her to sell a rental house in the North Hills. She found the right people to get the house ready. Once it was show ready, she listed it on a Tuesday at 2:00PM. I was looking forward to the open house the following weekend. On Wednesday at 10:00AM Deb called to say we had an offer, 5% over the asking price. Deb masterfully explained to the bidder that we glad they bid, but how we were so looking forward to the open house. The buyer raised their bid to 20% over, and we closed the deal, 20.5 HOURS after she listed the house. She also skillfully navigated the escrow through the closing. She priced the house right, and attracted the ideal buyer. She kept up communication throughout, never left me guessing.

Deb was extremely patient and considerate of our family needs and never once pressured us on closing soon despite the time it took. Deb Reddick helped my son and me find my son a condo in Pittsburgh, we live in California and my son is going to pharmacy school at the University of Pittsburgh, so we needed to find him a place. I have never bought a place in a different state, and one way across country, but Deb was very attentive, amazing, and made this process very good! From the time that she showed us places over zoom/face time to when the condo closed she was there every step of the way. We felt like her family, she treated us as such!!!!! We moved from another state to Pittsburgh. My wife and I searched thousands of houses to buy one at Zillow. We were not confident whether the agent listed at Zillow was safe. Zillow assigned several agents whenever I ask them. Finally, I asked Zillow to connect us to Deb, seeing her make so many transactions in her reviews. I am concerned, however, if she, achieving so many transactions in a year, would also be available for me.
She was, in a word, always available and was very quick in responding to all our questions. She was warm and encouraging, and very prudent and even predictive. In our long process of finding a home, we lost our chances to buy the house, not following her advices, and finally got what we really wanted in a hot competition just following her directions.

She is reliable, practical, understanding, and very able to make things happen, and above all very patient. She also has a reliable team to guide us through the unknowns in the realtor world including financing. Thank you Deb, we really enjoyed your company with us.

We had the pleasure of working with Deb throughout our search for a first home. We had a specific style and price-range in mind going into our buying experience so knew that it would be tricky to find the right place. Not to mention, we had a tight time-frame.

We requested a tour of a home found on Zillow and Deb offered to show it to us. We had met a number of agents prior while touring open houses in the area but it seemed as though when we met Deb we knew we were interested in having her represent us in our buying experience.

When it came to showing us houses, Deb was so flexible with her time and accommodated our schedules. Her experience in the industry and knowledge of the area was demonstrated almost immediately. She guided us throughout the process and was able to assist us with purchase negotiations. We are now moved into our new home and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
