Debbie is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond the role of a typical real estate agent. She stays in constant communication with a client whether local or out-of-state. She has a HUGE amount of patience in working with older adults and their families. Again, local or out-of-state. She is quite knowledgeable in situations that require legal assistance with guardianship and conservatorship. Debbie is very detailed and thorough and makes sure things do not fall through the cracks from the listing to the closing. In working with Debbie for more than two years, I see that homes she lists do not sit. She gets them sold quickly - that is a win-win for everyone! I HIGHLY recommend Debbie for buying or selling anywhere in the Detroit area, since she has such a wealth of knowledge of so many of the surrounding communities. On top of everything, Debbie is extremely pleasant to be around.
