I have been a Realtor in Arizona for over 15 years. On New Years Eve this last year I saw a house that was listed in Nashville and contactd Deborah. My wife and I have flipped houses in 4 different states and we were looking for an investment/second home property in the Nashville area. It was not an easy deal. It was an estate that was being sold and involved 5 heirs, numerous liens, easement problems, and a host of other issues. By 1/2/22 we were under contract and the fun began. It was one of the most convoluted real estate transactions I have ever been party to. That said, Deborah brought us to the finish line in 20 days. She was very professional, knowledgable, and persistent. She communicated with us regularly. I don't know many Realtors that could have gotten this deal done with a minimum of stress for my wife and me. Thank you Deborah!

Deborah was an absolute miracle worker. She was never phased by any of the the complications that arose with the sale of my house in the midst of a messy divorce. Due to the nature of how things ended with my ex, this was a messier house sale than normal. It didn't slow her down one bit, she handled everything from donating items to needy families, junk removal and deep cleaning of the house. She was professional and made me feel like a priority even when things arose over the holidays and weekends. Deborah did all this and still managed to get us top dollar for our home and handled separate closings for me and my ex so that I never had to interact with him. If you have a complicated or messy situation going on and the sale of your home is just one of many things going on, Deborah will make your life easier. You can't go wrong choosing her.

We recently relocated from NV to TN due to a change in jobs and had the pleasure of working with Deborah. She did a fantastic job setting up appointments for our 2-day house hunting trip, helped us consider all aspects of the various properties we visited, and ensured the house we selected would be perfect for us. She was very engaged and proactive during the escrow window, stayed in touch with the escrow attorney, the seller agent, and with our mortgage company ensuring all issues and questions that came up were promptly addressed. She also facilitated a through final walk thru and had a handful of outstanding items resolved prior to our move in day. Additionally, Deborah has provided us with a very warm welcome to TN providing contact info for utilities and local services (like house cleaning). Overall an excellent buyers experience from our perspective. Deborah - we greatly appreciate YOU and everything YOU have done on our behalf over the past several months. Very Kindly ..... While working with Deborah in past employment, she was very professional in the way she conducted business. Always addressing every concern and working well with others. Deborah is a good listener and was very responsive at making sure to address change or getting approvals from upper management. Encouragement was given when she rewarded her group when we reached our goals. I learned alot from her ways of managing.
