I had been watching the current market for a while and how quickly houses could go under contract in my area and price range. I knew that when the time came I would need to move quickly, but would also need someone professional and timely to help me with a home that I liked.

The day Deborah called me to introduce herself she was ready to help me begin the process and go look at houses I was interested in that weekend.

She was always informative, helped me understand the next steps in the process as a buyer, and was always responsive if I had any questions.

I had an incredible experience as a first time home buyer and Deborah went above and beyond to help make that possible. Overall I would highly recommend her!

Intelligent, professional, hardworking, and most importantly for me, very kind. Deborah guided me through a very difficult process of trying to buy a home after a major financial crisis. This was especially difficult for me because I had never experienced negative feedback on my credit report, and had purchased other homes without a hiccup. I was very embarrassed, but Deborah held my hand through the process and treated me with such kindness. She was never dismissive when the bank called with red flags, but rather worked even harder to find a way to close on the loan. Never once, did she put my needs on the "back burner" to deal with another client who was a sure deal. I would encourage anyone looking for a realtor to call Deborah Sauvage.

Deborah was a fantastic realtor for us, especially after having a terrible one our first go round. She helped us sell our old house and buy our new home. She was only a call away and always got back to us quickly and answered all or questions or found out for us. I highly recommend using her, she really put our needs first and listened to what we wanted. Glad we found her!
