Licensed since 1994, Debbie spent numerous years in the restaurant business before turning to real estate full time. Her previous career helped her to build strong listening skills, which helps her understand what buyers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect home. She has a knack for knowing what clients want and what is best for their personal needs. Never pushy, Debbie is happy to help clients make decisions.


A native of the northwest side of Chicago, real estate agent Debbie Gray has never wanted to live anywhere but the Chicagoland area. Debbie is an active member of her community and has two children in area schools. Close friends since they became neighbors more than 15 years ago, Debbie has learned a lot about the real estate business from her friends and mentors Jill Cunningham and Cam Benson.


A people-person, Debbie enjoys interacting with new clients and focuses on both buyers and sellers. Most of all, she thrives on the ability to bring people the joy that comes from finding a new home.
