I've been in love with drawing homes, constructing houses and teaching ever since I was a little girl. Five years ago I took a leap of faith, left the corporate world & became a new home consultant in an active adult resort community. I loved it! So much, I decided to get my real estate license to be able to educate more people on how to buy, sell, invest in and lease real property.

As a life-long learner, I am always looking for the next learning opportunity. Being involved in Real Estate has provided me with the chance to learn so many things I didn't know about buying and selling houses - even though my husband I have bought and sold over 15 homes in our life together and own rental properties. The designations behind my name show that I am serious about keeping current on all things real estate.

Most recently I have become a member of the National Association of Expert Advisors and earned my Certified Home Selling Advisor designation. This has provided me with a proven, repeatable system, backed by market research, which allows me to sell your home for up to 18% more money than the traditional real estate agent.

I believe in helping people buy and sell through sharing information and letting them make informed decisions about what they want to do. That's why I am so excited about being an Expert Advisor!
