We found Debby by accident 12 years ago and she is truly a diamond in the rough. We saw a sign for a home she had listed and called her. We have bought 3 homes and sold 2 with her. She is honest, fair, professional and a solid business woman. She is organized and intelligent. Her negotiations skills are fantastic. She gave us realistic predictions and never promised anything she couldn't deliver. Her work has always exceeded our expectations. I proudly endorse her for any home buyer or seller. We have recommended her to others time and time again. I have never heard a complaint from any and most thanked us for sending them to her. She is truly the hardest working person I know. In addition, even after the houses sold or were bought she stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed. We are incredibly lucky that Debby was recommended to us. As first time homebuyers we were clueless about the entire process, Debby was available to support us and answer our many questions. She has a keen key for properties that match the homebuyer’s needs and through the entire house searching process helped us look at aspects of potential properties that we might have missed as first time buyers. Through the incredibly stressful mortgage application process Debby was available to explain the “mortgage language” that is often confusing and cheered us on when it felt like it was too much. It was a comfort through the entire process to know that we could rely on a trustworthy, kind person who we knew had our best interests at heart.

If you need a realtor, you need to call Debby! I recently had the best experience selling my home, all because she is so very knowledgable of the housing market and the selling process. The buyers market in Lower Pottsgrove was very slow, so I patiently waited for appointments to come. Debby was very diligent in following up with each realtor on their client's feedback. Thankfully all of the feedback on my home was a matter of someone's taste on yard privacy, open floor plan, size of rooms, etc. None of which I can change due to the structure of my home and property. Debby priced the home perfectly and actively marketed it to potential buyers and brokers. She is very hard working and definitely knows the market. Debby will do whatever it takes to sell your home, and she'll do so with integrity and profressionalism. Debby is not only my realtory, but a friend for life.

Back in 1995, I stopped into a local real estate office to look for a very small office rental. Multiple agents came out and given there was no real $ to be made, passed me around with no particular interest in helping. We faced a difficult time as a family, scattered around the state of Penna as well as the country, having to manage and deal with a unique Estate situation, of twp separate homes to sell. Our childhood home in Collegeville Pa., as well as grandparents historically older home in Jeffersonville, PA. I advised our Estate representative to approach Debby to manage these sales. As a friend, she already was a wealth of knowledge to this out of state family member; having offered personal, invaluable experiences /advise on the care of senior parents and their home/estate management. Her approach to listing both homes was well thought out, with a balanced, up to date and clearly knowledgeable grasp of the local markets, county regulations, zoning issues, marketing. Even in the trying times of the new regulations in Mortgage Industry and improving status of overall real estate markets, the newer home quickly had buyers drawn to it due to wonderful marketing! Even with delays driven by mortgage reps, the right buyer and right mortgage fits were quickly found and success achieved!! I met Debby about a year and a half ago while we were living in a rental house. The owner passed away and his estate didn't want to keep the house. Debby was the listing agent. The options were either to buy the house or look for another rental. I wasn't looking to buy, but the rental market was really bad and we weren't finding any 4 bedroom houses that would support my family and still allow us to stay in the school district. She worked with the estate in helping us stay in the house until we found a new location, with no penalty to us. Debby suggested I look at buying; we started looking and found a property that would support my family. She, as well as the loan officer at my bank, helped us through a very difficult time, worked with the sellers, and I was able to purchase the house.
