She was always there (made time for us) when we had questions and concerns. We have bought and sold many properties. I have to say our shopping and purchase experience with Deborah at Caldwell Banker is for sure at the top of our list. Deborah knows the broad market area really well and was able to really educate us from Chelan to Wenatchee, Leavenworth and all points in-between. It was so great for us being new to the area to have a professional take the time show us all areas that might fit our criteria. When we found the home we wanted might have been the time Deborah shined the most. It was not a no brainer deal to put together as we had a tough seller situation with multiple decision makers that required confidence and patience in negotiations on our behalf. For sure not any realtor could have navigated the deal to successful conclusion as we ended. The final sale could have fallen apart easily, but we kept it together and we are very happy.
I don't do a lot of reviews, but this is one I am very happy to do.
