I’d moved out of my condo in Imperial Beach and was getting ready to sell when I received one of Deborah’s marketing postcards in the mail. Talk about perfect timing. I called, we met, and I was grabbed by her enthusiasm right from the start. And it didn’t end there. She told me up front, the price I was asking and what I could possibly get might be difficult to achieve. But she’d do her best to get me the best deal possible. Deborah did everything to get it ready for listing. And I mean everything. First she hired an awesome handyman to make little repairs and give the place a mini face lift; like replacing missing grout, fixing worn out screens, slow drainage issues, a fresh coat of paint on the door and balcony entryway, and touch-up paint everywhere inside. Next, she arranged 'specialty staging' that looked great and then with what she calls her 'secret weapon' had a professional photographer take photos that looked nothing less than magazine ready! Then, Deborah worked tirelessly scheduling open-house after open-house every weekend making sure my condo was highly visible to any prospective buyer and kept me in the loop every step of the way. After only a month on the market, we received an offer. Her hard work paid off. Deborah got more than I thought she could. All this - and I got my desired price! Thanks Deb!

Deborah was available any time I needed. She was able to get things done with minimal notice and never made me feel that I was bothering her, though I definitely did. My husband and I were moving from San Francisco and both worked so our availability were very specific. She has a wonderful broker that was able to close our offer in 14 days per demand of seller. I don't know how, but they were able to make it happen. What an amazing team!

I've had two experiences with Deborah in purchasing homes: The first was when my daughter and son-in-law were looking for a home when she was pregnant with her first child. Needless to say they were in a bit of a time crunch and wanted something near me since I would be my grandchild's caregiver. Deborah went ABOVE AND BEYOND finding them something only a block away. That was during a time when every house for sale had multiple offers and bidding wars. Deborah wrote a heartfelt letter to the sellers on my daughter & SIL's behalf and they got the house! They couldn't be happier and it's wonderful that I can walk back and forth to care for my grandchildren.

The second was for my parents who needed to move to San Diego to be closer to me so that I might help care for my father, who had dementia. His condition was steadily worsening and my mother needed more help than she could get in her small town. Again, Deborah worked tirelessly and quickly to find the perfect home for my parents. She walked us through a tricky process and made sure everything was perfect for my parents. This was the first time in 66 years of marriage that my Mom had to make these decisions on her own and go through the home buying process without my Dad's input. We once again found ourselves in a time crunch and having to do things while my parents were in a different state. Deborah made it all so easy for us.

I would highly recommend Deborah over and over to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. She's truly the best! She listens, she cares, she's a go-getter and she wants her clients to be happy. If I ever find myself in the position to buy or sell my home or my parents' I will definitely call on Deborah.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but Deborah did a fantastic job that I wanted to praise her. When I was going to list our property, I had no I idea which company to pick. So, I interviewed a few people. For whatever reason, everyone I talked to made a good sales pitch but I was still uncertain. I figured the only thing that matters is getting our property sold. So, I researched Zillow for Homes Sold in Imperial Beach over the last three years and tallied up the number of sales each realtor made. That is when I noticed that Radiant Realty was one of the most consistent producers during that time-period. I invited her to a meeting, and she impressed me as a go-getter, smart, experienced and resourceful. I engaged her company to list the house and the first weekend she held two Open Houses. The house was sold the following Tuesday.
I misspoke when said that the only thing that matters is getting the house sold. We had a few items that needed to be fixed before the home could get ok’d by the buyers’ lender. Deb was Johnny-on-the-Spot and set me up with all her resources to get everything fixed and approved. For that moment on it was smooth sailing. Deb was always easily reached when I had a question. She always kept me in the loop. She is a Ball of Fire! The net result was that we sold our home for exactly the dollar amount we wanted and closed escrow in 32 days! What else could you want!

Deborah managed just over $2M for the sale of our triplex apartments and the purchase of a condominium and qualify for a 1031 Exchange. Many transactions are reported as smooth without any issue or major problems . Well, ours was a real challenge and we strongly believe we would not have been successful without the guidance we received from Deborah.
It is difficult to summarize everything she did to guide us. From the begging Deborah gave us a list of people who would be involved and people we had to contact before that would guide us in the 1031 Exchange. We were successful using all of the contacts she gave us. From the time she put our triplex for sale we called and/or text Deborah and her support team almost daily including evenings and weekends. I’m sure we asked many of the same questions several times and her team members were always super supportive and positive.
If we ever decide to sell or purchase again we will only call on Deborah to work with. She was very dependable and she was a very hard worker for us. We’re sure Deborah had all of the responsibilities a person has when they have their own real estate business but she made us feel special and we felt she gave us 100% of her attention.

Debbie is absolutely a first class real estate agent! When we started considering selling our home in Imperial Beach, we reached out to her after seeing that she has many years of experience with the area. My husband and I were immediately impressed with her professionalism, friendly demeanor and honesty. She was extremely diligent in marketing our house with professional photographs, open houses and advertisements. She was very patient with us through the whole process, which was very reassuring to us since the process can be somewhat daunting at times and we had no idea of what to expect.

While working to sell our IB home, she also helped us find our new dream home in the area that we needed to relocate to. She had our best interests in mind the whole time and diligently negotiated a great price for us.

The whole process of selling one house and buying another was not easy and we ran into a few hiccups along the way, but Debbie worked her magic and got us through it. She was amazing! In the end she got both escrows closed within 24 hours of each other and she arranged for us to have access to both houses for several days so we were never homeless and had a much less stressful moving experience.

As if all of this wasn't already amazing enough, Debbie even arranged to have our new home cleaned before we moved in and she gave us several fantastic contacts for getting repairs and other work done on our new house.

I feel like everything about working with Deb was serendipitous! My husband and I strolled into her office one day and the rest was history. Right off the bat, we connected and liked Deb. I first met Deborah through a recommendation from a co-worker. I sent Deborah an e-mail with a few details of my situation. She e-mailed me back within 5 minutes. When my wife and I decided to look into selling our home and started speaking with real estate agents, Deborah immediately out shined her competition. Within our first conversation she already had an impressive plan to go about selling my home and I new she would be our agent! Deborah did some amazing things to help us sell our home too many to name (but I'll name a couple). Deborah never let the sale of our home interfere with our daily lives (which is important to me), she did this by only showing the home while my wife and I were working and only she had access to our home (no lock box).
