She transitioned into the world of real estate by working as a certified paralegal in the field of real estate, matrimonial, and corporate law, and is also a Notary Public. Through this experience Debra has learned the legal perspective of the closing process for both buyers and sellers. She has also been managing a landscaping business she and her husband began over 35 years ago.
