Debra Douglass

Debra is a true Southern California native, growing up in San Diego and obtaining her degree from USC. After graduating summa cum laude, she launched a successful decade-long career in Sales and Account Management. In 2000, she moved to the community of Coto de Caza in Orange County, where she raised two children and began her next career in real estate.
With over a decade of experience as a realtor, Debra also holds a broker's license and has closed more than 60 transactions over the past five years. She has a passion for representing buyers and sellers of residential homes, and her meticulous approach to home preparations has led to record-breaking sales.
Home is where the heart is, and Debra truly loves serving her buyer clients by working diligently and creatively to find their dream home or investment property. Using her expertise in with an eye for design and attention to detail, Debra is also instrumental in maximizing value for her clients. Her natural ability to forge strong relationships, combined with everlasting positivity and an infectious sense of humor, are key to her success at the negotiation table. Consummate loyalty, exceptional work ethic, and in-depth knowledge of finance and contracts translate into valuable service to her clients.
When not closing deals, Debra loves to be outside whenever possible, playing tennis, golfing, and going on long hikes. Additionally, she enjoys serving her community as a board member of the Education for the Children Foundation, a Coto de Caza HOA district delegate, and a former President of the Coto de Caza Mothers’ Club. A natural extrovert, Debra is always up for a conversation on all things real estate.
