Debra did a great job selling our house in Sun City Roseville last May. She worked hard and had a flexible approach to marketing the property which led to a quick sale and closing in less than 30 days. Our Rosetree plan was listed at $440,000 and sold for $509,000 which was a record sale price at that time for this plan. Debra is very knowledgeable about active adult communities in general and Sun City Roseville specifically. She also has many buyer connections in both the Sacramento and S.F. Bay Area metro areas which is critical for any seller. Highly recommend and would use again.

Dedicated & resourceful
My husband & I recently moved to our “dream home” in Sun City Lincoln Hills. We began the process of looking way back in October 2020. Debra was a referral from our realtor we worked with when selling our house in the Bay Area. We were happy to learn that Debra had moved to the Roseville area herself from the Bay Area and had a plethora of useful information for us “newbies.”
As we worked through the sale of our house in the Bay Area, Debra checked in on us several times to see how we were progressing and continued to keep us apprised of the goings on in the Roseville/Lincoln area. Once we sold our house and committed to our Sun City search, Debra was all over it. Together we watched the listings come up and we would make plans to see any and all that we were interested in. After we found our home, Debra walked us through all the necessary paperwork from offer to close to make that home a reality for us.
