Debra has a lifelong passion for real estate, and she's been dedicated to helping people achieve their real estate dreams from an early age. Her love for problem-solving and connecting with new individuals drives her in her profession. Debra has held numerous leadership positions in the real estate industry, including serving as the 2022 Fredericksburg Association of Realtors President and contributing to roles like the Virginia Realtors Professional Development Committee.

She has been licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2004 and achieved her Brokers license in 2013, prior to her transition into a management role. As a Broker, she is wholeheartedly committed to assisting her agents to attain the highest levels of success in their professional lives and in maintaining a work-life balance, delivering exceptional client service, and upholding ethical standards in all their interactions.
