DEBRA FAGAN

Wendy Handler and Debra Fagan have been one of LIV Sotheby's International Realty's top teams since 2003. The distinctive service we provide is founded on integrity, accountability and dependability. We are especially proud of our extensive experience finding homes for doctors and scientists at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Debra practiced corporate law for twenty years before joining LIV Sotheby's in 2003. While a partner at Holland & Hart, she earned the trust of her clients and the respect of opponents as a strong but fair negotiator. Debra's legal experience has translated well into her real estate career, giving her clients the benefit of her experience negotiating and closing hundreds of transactions. She teaches the Colorado Real Estate Commission Annual Update Course. Her children have attended Cherry Hills Village Elementary School, Hamilton Middle School international baccalaureate program, Colorado Academy, East High School, Bucknell University and Columbia Law School. Debra graduated from Indiana University (B.A., with highest distinction, Phi Beta Kappa) and from the University of Chicago Law School. Debra is active in Invest in Kids and the Roundup River Ranch. Originally from the East Coast, Wendy has lived in Denver since 1994 and has enjoyed a successful real estate career since 1998. Wendy graduated from Barnard College and received an MBA from New York University Tisch School of Business. Her husband is a pediatric neurosurgeon at Children's Hospital in Denver. Her children attended Graland, the IB program at George Washington High School, Denver Academy, Columbia University and Carleton College. Wendy has a strong commitment to the community. She is a member of the Circle of Care at Children's Hospital and on the advisory council of C3 Denver Public School. She served for many years on the Board of Denver Academy.
