Debra did an amazing job preparing for the sale of my father's Townhome in Santa Cruz. He recently passed away peacefully. She was aware of some of the issues to be dealt with in respect to a timely close due to a reverse mortgage timeline, some estate snags etc. She kept in touch with me constantly so we could be on the same page through all of it. She was able to supply a preview of the "not quite yet" listing which drew a great deal of attention. She paid attention and the sale went of swiftly and without a hitch. Debra knows what she is doing and she does it for love of her work and experiences with the community.

Debra is extremely professional. When Problems came up she went and found workers, painters, carpenters and solutions. She was also invaluable as a knowledgable real estate agent with 30+ years of experience and was able to see the tremendous potential in my property. She was also very positive about my property which has so much potential and she was able to convey that to the buyers. I loved my home, she sold it to people who will in turn love it. How can you not love that?

Debra exercised a lot of patience with me as the house buying experience took over 10 years. With the Santa Cruz Realestate market climbing and my expectations, of a home, keeping steady the gap between what I could afford and what I wanted seemed to grow. For over 10 years Debra continued to contact me and bring to my attention anything that looked promising. I had accepted that I would probably never own a home in my beloved home town, and probably relocate after my kids became more self sufficient.
