What can I say about Debra Giglia. First, she is the first and the only genuinely nice person I have ever met in Florida. She treated me like I was a friend that she’d known for many years. As a Real Estate Professional, Debra Giglia is what constitute a true, knowledgeable and professional Real Estate PA. She was recommended to me one Sunday in March. At that time, I was in limbo not knowing if my first agent is still looking for a house to show and still waiting for his call back. I was very disappointed because I have already wasted 1 ½ month for this other agent. I decided to call Debra on Monday afternoon. She set an appointment to pick me up on Wednesday at 9am and we would be looking for houses. We saw lots of houses in various areas and I got interested in one. She recommended a good price according to the market value in the area and so we made an offer. Saturday, our second offer was accepted and by Monday the next week we were already doing the walk through home inspection. I could not believe how fast she works. She was on top of everything that was needed to expedite the process so everything went into place. She is not only beautiful but kind, greets you always with a smile and very easy to talk to and work with. She listens to her clients needs and makes recommendations if needed. What I liked about her is, during our conversations she said that she really loves her job and it is gratifying for her to be able to help her clients find the house that they will be happy to live in.
