MOTHER of four children and four grandchildren. A 59-year resident of Milpitas, Debbie is well rooted in our community having attended Spangler Elementary, Russell Jr. High and Samuel Ayer High School (class of ’73).

BUSINESS OWNER for 39 years as Realtor/Broker in Milpitas and she is the founder/owner of Master Brokers. Master Brokers was selected “One of the Best” Real Estate Companies in 2013 in Milpitas. Debbie has received numerous nationwide production awards from ERA Real Estate, #2 and #4 Broker nationwide (out of 25,000 agents) along with local awards. The people of Milpitas have voted Debbie “One of the Best” Realtors in Milpitas, 15 years in a row. Debbie hosts Valley Homes on TV, a local Real Estate market update on Channel 26.

COUNCILWOMAN served 12 years on the Milpitas City Council from 2004 - 2016. Debbie had previously served seven years on the City’s Planning Commission and she chaired the Community Advisory Commission.

Debbie was Mission College’s 2006 Alumnus of the Year and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2014 from San Jose State University. Education, experience and knowledge of our community has created Debbie’s “cutting edge” for her continued success.
