Debra has been a huge help with the house buying and selling process. I looked at houses with her for a long time and she helped me hone in on a few neighborhoods that met my long list of criteria. She made herself available to me whenever I had a question or asked for her thoughts on a property.

Buying a house, for most people, is the biggest purchase of their lives. Debra knows the Portland housing market inside and out and she was able to answer a million questions, big and small. She is a kind and patient person, who pays careful attention to detail.

Debra is knowledgeable, frank and supportive. She also connected me to an excellent mortgage broker, community and a family friendly neighborhood. I totally recommend working with her.

Debra is wonderful. She's incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and provides rapid service. She was so on top of things and made buying a home about as seamless and painless as could be. She knows real estate and she knows the paperwork. She explained everything to us and made signing all the mounds of paperwork a breeze. She was great about staying in close communication with us and was always prompt to respond to calls and texts,. It was very easy to get ahold of her when needed. Debra helped us find the perfect place for my mother-in-law. We were looking for something that would serve as a home for her and an investment property in the long-term. She did a wonderful job balancing our budget with my MIL’s preferences, and was excellent at communicating between all parties, particularly considering we live in a different state from where we were buying. Since we aren't from Oregon we weren't that familiar with all the areas around Portland but thats where Debra shines. Debra helped us purchase a townhouse in Lake Oswego recently. She had to go the extra mile to represent us because we lived on the East Coast and were not here for most of the transaction. After sharing our goals with her, it fell to her to use her own judgement to close the deal (which she did to our delight). Then, since we were new to the area she. pitched in once again and helped us set up our home and deal with all of the local service providers. If you want first class representation - then Debra is the "go to" person in this market.
