Debra Kerber

Debra is dedicated to truly building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals in real estate. She can remember her excitement the first time she purchased a home and the anxiety of selling it for the first time too. She became a REALTOR to help everyone reduce any concerns about buying and selling real estate. She is committed to partnering with clients and representing them to the best of her abilities.

She has experience in real estate, as a REALTOR, starting with Keller Williams and continuing now with Sun & Sand Real Estate LLC. Additionally, she is an experienced loan coordinator and brings essential financial experience to the table. All this experience allows her to be a well-rounded Sales Associate.

Debra has two beautiful daughters. Her oldest, Brittany, lives with her husband in Groton Connecticut. She has two cute daughters and one Son that she thoroughly enjoys playing with each visit. Her youngest daughter, Casey, lives and works in St Petersburg, Florida and works part-time in the real estate industry.

Debra and her husband really enjoy Florida and are incredibly joyful living there. In the spring, you can find them supporting her husband’s hometown ball club, the Detroit Tigers, at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland
