About Debra

I took a break from real estate after the crash in 2008 but I am back and living in Oregon! I had over 20 years experience in the southern California real estate market and have lived here since 2017. I am also an Enrolled Agent so I am one of the few Realtors who CAN give you tax advice about your real estate investments. In California I was able to write and process loans on the properties I sold in addition to representing buyers and sellers. So I have experience with the financial side of real estate as well. I love the diversity of this state - both of the people and of the environment. I am easily pleased socially and enjoy everything from hiking, kayaking, volleyball and soccer to wine tasting, dining out and theater. So obviously I'm in the right place! I love working with the people of Yamhill County and the Willamette Valley. I would be honored to work with you!

First and foremost Debra was very professional, knowledgeable with the area, and honest. My wife and I were in the market to purchase our first home. We contacted Debra and she reached out to us very quickly and listened to what we were looking for. The very next week Debra had houses lined up for us to see, was on time for every showing and helped us make a decision with her honest input.
