Debra Miller

Debra has been a full time Realtor since 2001, specializing in Ranch, Equestrian, rural and luxury properties. She has developed long term relationships with her clients and understands their wants and needs. She is able to find exactly what they are looking for with hard work and determination. A licensed Broker since 2010, she is currently the Branch Leader for both Placerville and Pollock Pines offices.

Debra believes deeply in Community involvement. She currently serves on the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, Board of Directors as Past President 2023, Past President 2019, serves as a Director on California Association of Realtors (serving on the Federal and Legislative committees), a Board Member of El Dorado County Fire Insurance Work Group, a group collaboration on finding solutions for affordable Homeowners fire Insurance, Chairperson of the City of Placerville Economic Development Committee, Board Member of SCLAR (www.SCLAR.org), Large Animal Emergency Evacuation for local disasters and is a DSW. Along with her husband, they are major donors for the new Boys and Girls Club of El Dorado County facility in Placerville. Previously, Debra was President of Cameron Park Rotary in 2013 and a Board Member of Cameron Park Community Foundation. Currently a Member of Air Force Space Force Family Support, Blue Angel Moms.

Debra has lived in El Dorado County since 2000 moving from Carmel Valley, CA. She was raised in Santa Cruz, where her husband and their 3 children were born. Two of their adult children are local, and one serves her country in the Air Force and is deployed to the Middle East. She is a proud Grandmother of 5 grandchildren, ranging in age from preschool to High School. She enjoys bike riding on local trails, skiing, hiking, canning, gardening, cooking creative dishes and working in her Cabernet Vineyard.
