Deb and Pat are the ultimate Real estate team! From start to finish, they helped to make the sale of our home a quick and seamless transaction. We were given 3 weeks to move halfway across the country for my husband’s new job. (We were determined to stay together as a family and not be separated over the holidays, until the sale and closing of our home took place. A seemingly impossible feat!) The day we found out we needed to move, I called Deb, and she was on our doorstep, getting the contracts ready to make sure we met our goal. Pat, her husband and the other half of the amazing Hassler team, stopped by to get measurements of the interior and exterior of our home. Meanwhile, Deb walked me through staging our home for the perfect photographs. She took some exterior photographs of our home to do a “Coming Soon” listing until interior photographs could be completed. She had a photographer on our doorstep the next day. The photographer took areal photographs as well as interior photos. The pictures were magazine-worthy and truly showed off the appealing elements of our house that we had treasured for many years. Long story short, all this took place on a Friday and Saturday. By Sunday morning, we sold our house above asking price the moment it went live, with no inspection, and with our ability to name our closing date and other stipulations. Thanks to Deb and Pat, my family and I were together for our move, and she connected us with an amazing agent who was able to help settle us into a great rental home until we found our new permanent home. She even contacted us a few weeks after our move to ensure we were settling in okay and that the agent she recommended to us was able to help us to our satisfaction. I can’t say enough of Deb as an agent and a person. She is honest, driven, and determined. Whatever you need, she’ll make it happen. Pat also deserves kudos for his professionalism and attention to detail in getting our house measured to precision so that Deb could get it listed and sold quickly! Thank you, Deb and Pat, for everything!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone besides Deb (and Pat)! We are extremely new to this process, and Deb has spent countless times making sure we understood absolutely anything and everything. She even connected us with the best loan agent! The housing market right now is extremely competitive and felt like there was no hope, but Deb always ensured us that when it’s meant to be it will be. She also will put up a fight for any house you have your eyes on. We are so thankful to have the Hassler team apart of our process.
