About Debra
Debra has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2000 and loves helping both Seniors and younger first time buyers. In 2018 she obtained a specialist designation - SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist. The most important thing she can offer is to listen. Understanding each need along with helping you obtain your personal goals, is important to her. She knows when to incorporate other professionals, as needed because as we age, we may need decluttering help, or Trust changes, or IRA strategies to make our money last as long as we do!
Debra was raised in a family owned chain of drug stores that included an old fashioned soda fountain. As the child of a family business, she was expected to do all things. That meant flipping burgers, running the cash register, or inventorying the medications. In other words, Debra learned to understand how everything works together and the importance of viewing the big picture.
Intertwined with her real estate career, Debra provided credit services to the mortgage lending profession for almost 20 years. Working to educate them about understanding how credit works alongside compliance and mortgage lending guidelines, provided a whole picture approach. This carries over today, as Debra assists home buyers to understand the home buying process.
Debra has one old Beagle DAWG, in diapers along with 4 chickens. She has one son, and a granddaughter in college.. Like all grandmothers, call her Nana, and she's wrapped!
Debra will always be mindful of your time and make sure that everything done is productive and pleasant.
