Debbie Singleton is Principal/Partner of DC Living® Real Estate, LLC. In addition, Debbie and her husband Skip are one of the DC area’s most successful real estate sales teams. Debbie has been a consistent top selling professional in the greater Washington, DC area for over 22 years. For the past 20 years, she has teamed with her husband Skip where they are ranked in the “Top 1% of all DC Area REALTORS” for successful sales each year. But there is more to Debbie than meets the eye….

Debbie is energetic and dynamic: she has enjoyed running and fitness and is a supporter of animal rescue. In addition to her current successful real estate career, she enjoyed a successful past career as founder/owner of Debbie’s Famous Granola – an award-winning international specialty food company with accounts in 40 states in locations such as Neiman Marcus, Disney World, Harrods, among many others. Her energy and diverse sales and business experience are unique skills she brings to better serve her real estate clients at the highest level.

Debbie comes from a family of artists, and she enjoys painting, fashion, and design with an eye for detail and organization. Over the years, she and her husband have personally overseen the renovation of several homes and have designed and built custom homes and apartment buildings. Her artistic background and construction knowledge and experience help provide her with the vision to make a house into a dream home.

Debbie has been active in the charitable and civic community serving on boards and assembling a team to win the “Queen of Hearts” award for raising the most charitable monies for the American Heart Association. Most recently, Debbie was a Founder of the DC Design House – the region’s foremost residential design attraction and a leading fund-raiser for Children’s National Hospital from 2008 to 2017 – donating over $2M to Children’s in the 10-year span.
Debbie is a licensed Sales Professional in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
