Debra Wallace

Broker Associate Debra Wallace has been with Karon Properties since 2001. From the first time you meet Debra, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style and confident in her ability to represent your best interests throughout the home buying or selling process.

Debra enjoys working with first time buyers as well as long time investors. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to analyzing investment properties, having managed multiple properties for clients over the years, in addition to her own.

When you work with Debra, you not only benefit from her high level of service, but from a collaborative effort amongst her highly seasoned associates as well as access to her vast network of skilled tradespeople.

From her home in Seabright, she loves walking to the harbor and beach, soaking in the beauty of the Monterey Bay. Her other favorite leisure activity is reading great books…primarily New York Times Best Sellers. Walking and listening to books simultaneously is her ultimate way to recharge.

Debra also enjoys her involvement in community organizations. She currently serves as Communications Chair for the Santa Cruz County branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW). AAUW provides UCSC and Cabrillo scholarships, in addition to sending seventh grade girls to Tech Trek, a science and math summer camp at Stanford.

Debra previously worked in the publishing industry and has a degree from the University of San Diego. She is experienced, has a heart of gold and is dedicated to fulfilling your real estate needs.
