As a native of Ireland, Declan has lived and worked in Portland for more than 20 years and enjoys showing off Portland's livability and quality of life. He studied construction economics at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Before his real estate career, Declan led a profitable construction company in the Portland metropolitan area.

When not serving his client's real estate needs, he enjoys spending time with his two children and wife, Julie.
