Dede was WONDERFUL to work with. She has helpful suggestions that will in turn help you get more money for your house. She was available to answer all my questions as I was a first time seller and had many. She made herself available to help with providing referrals to people she had worked with for repairs that needed to be done, carpet replacing, cleaners once the house was empty, etc. I would recommend her for any home real estate transaction you need. Top notch!!

We got a high price for the townhouse. Some last-minute issues arose from the buyer's agent, and these were dealt with promptly and successfully. All in all, working with Dede was a great experience.
