My parents decided, pretty quickly, to move from their home of 30 years. There were a lot of decisions to be made about what to update, what was okay 'as is', who could do the necessary work, etc. Dee guided us through all of this, even finding contractors to do the painting and repair work. We had a home that was ready to put on the market in a couple of weeks! His help was invaluable! There are so many critical decisions to be made when selling (or buying) a home. You need an expert to help you with all of this, and I definitely recommend Dee. You will be so glad you have him working with you on your home and investment! He should YOUR realtor! I had been talking to another agent (different company) for awhile. I only called her twice to see a house and both times I felt as though we were bothering her. One time she sent us to a showing and did not join us at all. I was frustrated and then a family friend referred Dee. My wife found a house that we loved and after a 5 minute call Dee was driving over an hour to show us the house. His dedication made a great first impression.

Dee was a joy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we loved. When I bought my first house in Delaware my realtor refused to low ball and negotiate. Dee understood what my final number was and considered that from the beginning knowing that at the end we'd meet in the middle so both parties felt it was a win win.

Dee is possibly one of the nicest, funniest yet professional gentlemen I've ever met. Buying a house is stressful but he made it fun.

Nick went to a showing with Dee and my wife since I was out of town for work and the three boys can be a handful. He was very friendly and helped immensely.

I genuinely can't say enough good things about Dee and team. We left our dream of raising the boys at the beach over a year ago for a better job and life. It's at this point in time because of this house and life we can now enjoy with the boys that we are happy again. When I pull in the driveway I can't believe that this is real. It wouldn't have been possible without Dee.
