“Relentless, savvy, and fun” are words clients have used to describe Dee Davis at Parks ( formerly Village) Real Estate.
Since January of 2001 Dee has been a trusted real estate advisor in the Nashville and middle Tennessee area. A Native Nashvillian like her father and grandfather, cousins, brothers, nieces and nephew, Dee knows the middle Tennessee area and its people. Her valuable experience, relentless dedication, and adventurous spirit have kept her in this crazy business through all kinds of tumultuous market conditions!
Dee graduated from University of the South in Sewanee, Tn in 1989 with a B.A., then studied commercial photography and was an advertising photographer until 2000. After attending a myriad of real estate classes she continues to further her expertise by taking courses on many important aspects of the residential real estate market. Her most recent favorites were taught by hostage negotiators. She believes it is imperative to be an expert at handling difficult negotiations in the real estate business.
She is a graduate of the 2023 Nashville Realtor Associations Leadership Academy and the Nashville Transit Authority's Leadership class.
She is dedicated to her clients from beginning to end, and even after the closing, whether selling a $30,000 property,
a million-dollar plus luxury home, or anything in between. Her fierce tenacity ensures every detail is handled with efficiency and accuracy.
When she’s not wrangling top-dollar sales for her clients, Dee’s passions include competitive ballroom, swing, and salsa dancing, Ironman triathlons, axe-throwing, cross fit, and distance swimming, Masters Nationals swim meets, 5K lake and river swims (including the Cumberland), 2 escapes from Alcatraz and coaching other swimmers. She resides in Nashville, LOVES animals, and donates a portion of her commissions from every closing to dog rescues in Middle Tennessee.
