Dee Doubleday, Owner, and Qualifying Broker has been providing real estate services for over 40 years. With two undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Finance, a master’s degree from Stanford University in Finance and a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) certification, a distinction shared by only 1% of realtors in the nation, Dee is uniquely qualified to handle a large array of real estate transactions from the simple to the highly complex. Dee owned and operated a top-rated national chain real estate brokerage for 12 years in California, managing twelve full-time agents and brokers and four admins.

Dee’s knowledge of the Taos County real estate market, coupled with her long-standing affiliation with the Taos County Chamber of Commerce (she currently serves as the Vice-Chair), provides Dee with a thorough understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers and the community in which they live. Dee is an REO Specialist (Real Estate Owned or bank owned foreclosures). REO properties require a great deal of hands on and complex negotiations with the bank.
