If you are looking for an excellent buyer or seller’s agent, call Dee Hoffner! Dee was our realtor for buying our home and again in selling our home 11 years later. She is hard working, knowledgeable and a solid negotiator. She is extremely proactive throughout the entire process and took care of all the stumbling blocks we encountered during the transaction. We could not be happier with the service we received from Dee. She makes it happen and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!

Dee helped us sell our small house when we decided it was time to upgrade. She educated us on how powerful de-cluttering and properly staging our house was, had gorgeous professional photos taken of the entire property, and really made it shine. It was a small house with few upgrades so it didn't sell immediately, but when it did we got a great offer and the closing went very smoothly. I know without her expertise that process would have taken much longer and not produced such a great result. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone looking for a friendly, courteous, and very experienced realtor.
