Dee Maret CCIM

Dee Maret, CCIM has brokered hundreds of commercial transactions over the past 15 years and is most experienced with investors/owners and users in the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors. A Georgia native, Dee moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1986. He resides in St. Petersburg and is well-versed on what makes Florida’s economy tick, its movers and shakers, and targeting the most appropriate investment properties for his valued clients. Dee served as the 2018 Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) President for Florida’s West Coast District. He began his real estate career in 2004, earning his company’s Rookie of the Year honors. Dee led Coldwell Banker Commercial as a commercial director for six years – ultimately leading more than 700 agents from Hawaii to Maine as a national director. He joined Bridgewater at its inception in December 2018, and the firm has grown to close more than $200 million in transactions.
