Currently residing in Holmes Beach, Dee has owned property on Anna Maria Island for over 12 years and became a full-time resident five years ago. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she relocated to Central Florida in 1999 and has since built an extensive understanding of the Florida real estate market.
Dee holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, which complements her analytical approach to real estate. She excels in assessing the costs and benefits of transactions and asking the right questions to ensure her clients make informed decisions. Previously, she was a broker/owner of two real estate offices in Windermere and Celebration, Florida, where she honed her negotiation and communication skills.

Outside of real estate, Dee enjoys the relaxed coastal lifestyle, boating, golfing, cooking, and entertaining family and friends. She finds joy in walking the beach, traveling, and exploring the many activities the Suncoast has to offer.
