About Dee

Dee Pappas' real estate career began 20 years ago when she teamed with Chad Grimes. Together they have sold over five hundred homes. Her passion and position on their team has been working with buyers. However, in 2018, she added "listing agent" to her repertoire to help both buyers and sellers. Chad, who was previously the listing side of the team, started Grimes Built Construction. She served on the Board of Greenville Pitt Association of Realtors. Within the local association, she served on various committees and was the Co-Chair of the Community Development committee for one year. She moved to Greenville in 1984, to attended East Carolina University and graduated in 1988 with a communications degree. She is married to Alex Pappas, a local CPA, here in Greenville and they have two beautiful grown daughters.
