We did our first home purchase via Deepali. Needless to say about Seattle housing competition and toll it takes being a home buyer in 2021.
1) Looking back, since the first discussion, Deepali was spot on. Her recommendations since day one has come true again and again.
2) Throughout the process, she got us clarity in deciding the right thing, despite setbacks. Not just the house but also finance aspects.
3) Outcome of all the positions we took says, Deepali recommended us to take just the right risks. Big thank you Deepali.
4) Deepali is not pushy. Meaning she keeps the right balance to ensure we do due diligence and not go by the word realtor says.

Deepali is very active and within short time she covers many homes and provide complete inputs about positive and negative side of each home. She becomes like our family member and guide us throughout the process in a professional way too. She is very hardworking and even middle of the nights she works through the offers and submit them on time. She is very intelligent and handles the issues wisely. In this crazy market, she got us a home and made our offer accepted!!! We couldn’t believe we got a home.
