My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Deepti for the purchase of our dream home. Deepti is the definition of professional. She took the time to get a good understanding of what we were looking for. We (like most clients I am sure) had a long must have list and equally long wish list on top of that. She provided us with good feedback and leveled with us on what our expectations should be both about what the cost for our need and wants would be, the current market conditions and provided us with some good options. Most importantly, she did everything without forcing anything or being that used car salesman. She just gave us the facts and let us make this life changing decision. She returned calls/emails timely and was always available when we had questions/concerns or just needed some timely advice. We cannot emphasize what a great experience we had. We listed our house with Deepti. What a great decision, it turned out to be. Because everything went horribly wrong, whatever could go wrong during the sale of house. From wrong liens on title, to a leaky roof the day before inspection. It was a seller's nightmare. Deepti turned out to be such great pillar of support, remaining calm and focused on resolving the crisis. Keeping both sides fully informed at all times. Frankly, that's what probably saved our sale. We recommend her to all our family & friends.

We were looking for an investment property in Broward county with no clear idea of parameters. Deepti helped us in narrowing our focus. She prepared these detailed data sheets with sale prices & overheads i.e HOA fees, insurance, taxes etc vs the potential rent income.
