When I needed my investment property in Bayside leased up, I did my homework and called Deirdre Folan. I highly recommend her. She helped lease my apartment in under a month, where my last broker was unsuccessful in over three months. She is professional and very diligent. I liked that she provided me with updates on how showings were going throughout the week. I’ve dealt with several Real estate brokers over the years. It’s an easy industry to enter as a professional but that also means there are lots of good and not so good brokers out there. Every once in a while you come across an individual who is really good at what they do and have spent years sharpening their skills. Deirdre (Dee) is that Individual! Period. She’s an exceptionally good saleswoman who will work hard and get you to the finish line as quickly as possible. I was impressed when I first spoke to her but I was even more impressed exactly 60 days later when I was sitting at the closing table for a house that 3 other brokers could not sell over the past year.... And they had the property pre-COVID!!!
Dee took it over and got us to the closing table during the COVID pandemic. If that’s not impressive, I don’t know what is. Everything she said, she delivered. She’s a genuinely nice person who saved us a lot of pain. I would hire her again and anyone out there who is looking for a professional should hire Dee!
