Deirdre was terrific. I was selling my parent's home which hadn't been updated since the 1980's and she encouraged us to update it for sale. Homes in similar dated condition were selling for the mid 800,000's but she felt we could top $1 million with the right improvements. But here's the catch, we didn't have to lift a finger or find a contractor or even finance it. Deirdre offers interest free financing for pre-sale renovations, and covered the $30,000 nut. Dee's team of workmen repainted everything, striped wallpaper, replaced all kitchen appliances and counters, retiled two bathrooms and changed out bathroom vanities, stripped worn carpeting, added hard wood floors, changed out all lighting and plumbing fixtures, and basically took an 80's house to the present day. It sold with multiple offers within one week for over $1 million. She is amazing and I couldn't recommend her more.
