We are so incredibly pleased with our experience working with Delaney. We moved across country without time to actually house hunt in MD. Delaney had to be our eyes, ears (and even nose!) when viewing homes via FaceTime. We found the perfect house and the entire process was flawless. Where do I even start?

Delaney made the home buying process SO EASY AND SEAMLESS for my Fiancé and I. Delaney is so committed to her clients because she is always putting their priorities and needs FIRST! Her attention to detail allowed us to view upcoming inventory before it hit the market, which allowed us to tour and get an offer on the books ASAP. Her knowledge on sending strong offers proved to be very beneficial as she helped us win a multiple offer situation (12 offers to be exact) on a house that was only on the market for 16 hours! She gave us a checklist of items that assisted us with presenting the strongest offer. She also focused on the little parts of the offer that are overlooked by many other realtors.

The final thing we loved about working with Delaney was how quick she was at responding to our ever-so-long list of questions that come up when making one of the most important purchases of our lives. You can tell she’s passionate about her job because she’s always willing to respond at any time of the day.
