Delaney Morgan

Delaney Morgan has been licensed since 2017 and is the owner and Broker in Charge of The Highland Company Real Estate. Delaney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate and Marketing. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). She focuses on helping seniors needing to downsize or relocate closer to family. In addition, she helps families working through the probate or estate process which can be both an emotional and physically taxing process of selling a family home.

Whether it's their 1st or 10th home, she's always thorough in walking you through the process and answering all of your questions. Her priorities don't just lie in completing the sale, but to make sure that the clients enjoyed and understood the whole process.
