Delia is by far one of the best, most hard working realtors I’ve ever encountered. She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about being a realtor, and it showed. She was 9 months pregnant showing virtual tours of homes for my family and I and working the day she gave birth and after trying to find a home for us. There wasn’t a time morning, noon, night, that she was not available! If dedicated and passion was a person it would be her. If you want someone to not only care about you and your family’s needs she’s the realtor for you. She ensured the areas of the homes were suitable for our kids and the environment was safe. By any means necessary she was there, extremely fast with responding back to your phone calls and messages, very professional, the communication was top tier. Her knowledge of the area was awesome, if you’re looking for the best realtor in Hampton roads, look no further because Delia is the realtor for you!!
