04/30/2017 - myrissa rodely My husband and I recently bought a home from Dell in jonesboro and the process was so easy. Dell kept us up to date daily with all the information and responded very quickly with any calls, texts or emails we sent. He also met us at the house with short notice to look at it multiple times before closing. We planned to be signing papers for an hour at closing but because Dell is very organized and well prepared we were there 20 minutes max. Thank you so much for helping us find the perfect home!

04/04/2016 - Doseydoe1947 My name is Dorothy Byrd..... i would like to take this time to express my experience with Dell Parker a member of the ReMax Real Estate Family..to begin he allowed me to take the time to make sure i wanted to list my home ..when i was ready he didn't hesitate to sit down with me and explain the procedures that he was going to do in order to sell my house ..he had no reservations and assured me he would do every thing within his power and leave the rest to God and that is one of the things i really like about him he keeps faith in every aspect of his life as i do and i knew i could depend on him to follow through on every thing he said he would do ...as the results will verify...he took the time to pick me up and shows me homes.condos until i found what i like then negotiated until the both parties were satisfied ...he was beside me through the purchase and made sure everything went well for me ...after all was taken care of he drove me home and i knew if i should ever need him again i could count on him to be there and BTW....his ability to get top dollar for you is awesome..i'm still smiling ...would i recommend ...you bet ya !

Answered any questions I had to the best of his knowledge and if he didn't know the answer he found the answer! He was there with me every step of the way thru the process and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! They are transparent, informative, and honest at every step. Dell went out of his way multiple times to go above an beyond working for my husband and me. He is professional and amicable, two traits that realtors often find difficult to combine. If you need a realtor, Dell is the one to choose.

He has always gone above and beyond to help me, no matter the issue. If I have questions he always finds the answers. Dell always updates and keeps me informed on my process. He knows all our surrounding areas well too if your not looking to be in Jonesboro. He is great at anwsering any questions you may have and does his best to keep the ball rolling so you're in your perfect home before you know. He is one of the top realtors around so he is great at helping you sell your old home before getting g you into your perfect new home. If you're looking to buy or sell a house Dell and Lorisa are the best of the best and the only ones I would recommend anyone to. These guys are the ONLY realtors I would use.
